A Serendipitous Meeting
- At a police training session in Gurgaon, Rakshit Tandon and Mahir Gupta meet, marking the beginning of a visionary partnership.
2018
The Beginning
- Rakshit and Mahir start a Research and Development company, laying the foundation for future innovations.

Founder
A techno-legal expert with seven years in cybersecurity. He has assisted Indian law enforcement in solving numerous cases and provided incident response to large enterprises, has collaborated with US enforcement agencies, and is a regular panellist on cybersecurity shows. His depth is in data privacy and localisation regulation — which is why the legal track at Codesnag runs alongside containment rather than after it.
Dr. Rakshit Tandon
Co-founder
A cybersecurity evangelist frequently invited by state police and Indian defence departments for his insights. A panellist in over 500 schools across India, he has trained more than 10 million students, and co-founded Hackershala. He has been instrumental in generating the talent India needs for cybersecurity and investigation work.
