Refund Policy

This policy covers payments made to Adly Marketing Private Limited (“we”, “us”) for the Cyber Surety membership and other paid services offered through codesnag.ai, chat.virtualvakil.com and our WhatsApp service. The short version: you are covered by a 7-day refund guarantee.

  1. 1. 7-day refund guarantee

    Every Cyber Surety membership — Individual, Individual +, Family, Family + and organisation memberships — carries a 7-day refund guarantee. If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your payment, we refund the joining fee and any monthly charge taken in that period, in full. No questions asked.

  2. 2. How to ask for a refund

    • Message us on WhatsApp at +91 83682 43183, or email contact@codesnag.ai.
    • Share your member ID or the payment reference from your receipt.
    • We confirm within 2 business days and cancel your UPI Autopay or card mandate at the same time, so no further charge is taken.

  3. 3. When the money reaches you

    Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner (Razorpay). Typical timelines once approved: UPI 1–3 business days; debit or credit card 5–10 business days; net banking 3–5 business days.

  4. 4. Cancelling after 7 days

    You can cancel at any time. After the 7-day window, cancellation stops future monthly charges from the next billing date; the joining fee and charges already made for past periods are not refunded, except as required by law or under section 6.

  5. 5. Organisation memberships

    Organisation memberships are priced on an initial scan and agreed in writing. The 7-day refund guarantee applies from the first payment under that agreement unless the agreement states otherwise.

  6. 6. Billing errors and exceptions

    Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and other billing errors are refunded in full whenever they are found. We may also refund outside this policy where a technical problem prevented you from using the service.

  7. 7. Membership, not insurance

    Cyber Surety is a membership, not an insurance policy. Its protection cover is a membership benefit provided under a group master policy; claims under that cover follow the benefit terms and exclusions and are separate from this refund guarantee.
