1. 1. The Service

   We provide cyber security monitoring and scanning, technical incident response, help with cyber crime complaints and related legal next steps, and — for members — financial loss cover as a membership benefit. Response times and limits depend on your plan.

2. 2. Not legal advice by default; not insurance

   General information on the site and from our AI tools is not legal advice for your specific case. Legal work on your matter is carried out by our legal partner under its own engagement terms.

   Cyber Surety is a membership, not an insurance policy. Its protection cover is a membership benefit provided under a group master policy, subject to the benefit terms and exclusions. A ₹1,000 deductible applies to each claim.

3. 3. Scanning only what you may scan

   You may only scan domains, systems, devices and email addresses you own or are authorised to test. Active (intrusive) testing runs only on targets you have verified or expressly authorised. Scan results are for your security; misuse of the Service against third parties is prohibited and may be reported.

4. 4. Accounts and verification

   Your account is tied to your WhatsApp number. We verify email addresses and organisation domains with one-time codes before emailing reports or authorising scans. Keep your login and codes to yourself.

5. 5. Membership, payments and autopay

   Memberships are billed as a one-time joining fee and a monthly charge by UPI Autopay or card through Razorpay, and can be cancelled at any time. Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

6. 6. 7-day refund guarantee

   Every membership carries a 7-day refund guarantee: cancel within 7 days of payment and the joining fee and any monthly charge in that period are refunded in full. See the Refund Policy.

7. 7. Acceptable use

   Do not use the Service to attack, harass, impersonate or defraud anyone, to access systems without authorisation, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. 8. Liability

   We work to high standards but cannot guarantee that every threat is found or every loss is recovered. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for losses covered under the membership benefit, which follow its terms.

9. 9. Changes and termination

   We may update these terms; material changes are notified on WhatsApp or by email. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may end it for a breach of these terms.

10. 10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
